I would like to help redrawing stuff, but I'm not very good with computers.. Is a hand drawn sketch good enough or not? 
If not then I could send my redrawings to one of you who is good at computers and then they'll make it better

You can also do fan arts of other peoples works
Definitely you can. Re-draw at your best skill, or make your own. Then submit to the "Concept Arts" section where it will be cleaned up by someone digitally. Welcome to the group.

ALrighty, first off; will this final fakedex be drawn fakemon of multiple regions or sprited variaties.
in the end, it will only be a drawn final Fakedex. I will consider sprites if the groups momentum gets going really good. Probably after the Drawn fakedex is more complete.
If all you have is sprites, you can still use them for concept art. AND IF it is decided later on that sprites will be used...well it will be easier.
